Solution
CCQ Tech developed a market-leading, data-driven Decision Support Tool (DST), which TWPL now licenses to its clients as part of the cross-industry “SALVO” project
We ensured the DST solution was modular, empowering owners of industrial assets to improve decision-making processes across multiple dimensions, including managing spare parts inventories, determining inspection schedules, and planning maintenance or replacements. These decisions can represent values of hundreds of millions of dollars.
To enhance usability, CCQ created customisable Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, providing seamless access to critical insights. Additionally, we assumed responsibility for an existing codebase, gradually rewriting it to deliver a scalable, fit-for-purpose application.
