Benefits of working at CCQ

Fully Remote Structure

CCQ is a fully remote company. We do meet up in person from time to time, but day to day people work from wherever they are most comfortable and productive. Some of the team are based in the UK, and some spend parts of the year travelling. That is absolutely fine with us. As long as we know where you are, you are available when you need to be, and the work is getting done, we are happy to be flexible.

Generous Holiday

We want people to do good work, but we do not want them burning themselves out to do it. We do not put strict caps on holiday, because we trust our people to manage their time sensibly.

Mentorship & Learning

You will get to work on a mixture of projects, with different clients, technologies and problems to solve. We try to make sure people are always learning, whether that is through mentoring, working alongside others in the team, or spending time on internal projects. If there is an area you are interested in, we will do what we can to help you explore it.

We are a small company and as such, we put a lot of trust in every employee. As a programmer from day one, theres a good chance you'll be writing code that will get shipped to production within the week.
