The London Underground oversees more than 200 stations, over 500 trains and a multitude of supporting assets and services. Managing this complex system of moving parts and critical infrastructure requires efficient servicing and maintenance to keep London moving.
Working with an engineering consultancy, London Underground tasked CCQ with modernising its approaches to asset management and improving decision-making processes.
The primary challenge was to tailor decision-making models and deliver bespoke, software-enabled metrics and data points unique to the world’s fourth-longest subway system.
