iTroduce is a social media start-up focused on business networking, offering a fresh alternative to LinkedIn. The platform enables users to make meaningful connections, track relationships, and gain valuable insights into the true value of their professional networks.
Challenge
Cliff Findlay, a marketing specialist, identified a fundamental flaw in traditional networking strategies: the emphasis on the quantity of connections over their actual value. He envisioned a platform that would empower professionals to pinpoint and nurture genuinely valuable relationships within their networks. However, to bring this vision to life, he needed a trusted technology partner capable of delivering innovative solutions.
Solution
CCQ worked closely with Cliff to address the challenges faced by iTroduce, adopting a phased approach to development and enhancement.
Proof-of-Concept (POC): We meticulously planned and developed a POC, testing the core functionalities and gathering valuable user feedback.
Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Using insights gained from the POC, we developed a polished MVP. This version incorporated essential features for identifying and engaging with high-value network members.
